Pre-Repentance data — Co-op works differently in Repentance, and this Rebirth-era list is a subset.
- Repentance replaced baby-only co-op with True Co-op: players 2–4 pick any unlocked character from a wheel. Babies now show up as the random-baby option, and as ghost babies after a co-op death (minimal damage, can press buttons, revive on the next boss kill).
- This list is the Rebirth roster. Repentance added roughly 55 more babies that are not here.
- A few unlocks moved: Wrapped Baby is now Lazarus (was Azazel), Begotten Baby is now Azazel (was Lazarus).
